Ruth is a Texas Licensed Master Court Interpreter (#2286), a native Spanish speaker and an experienced interpreter with a master’s degree in business. Ruth has received substantial levels of formal education and training in interpretation and is constantly sharpening and updating her skills.
In compliance with Texas Office of Court Administration policies and procedures, and the National Standards of Practice under the code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility of Certified Court Interpreters.
Member of the board of the Texas Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators.
